We contract with Regence, Premera, Aetna, Medicare, First Choice, and EBMS. We do not accept Medicaid, United, or Kaiser insurance plans at this time.

We accept cash, check, credit cards, HSA, and FSA payments. Cash-paying patients can submit superbills to their insurance companies for potential reimbursement.
