The woman who was working the desk at the covid clinic around noon today was disgustingly rude to me and my husband. Unbelievable that that is how you treat patients. A sharp contrast to everyone else that works at the covid clinic who has always been kind and professional in the past

I am sad to see how many bad reviews there are for KVH Ellensburg, as we have had nothing but good care and interactions. I gave birth to my son, delivered by Dr. Casey (who is an absolutely outstanding man!) and we received amazing care. I chose to go without medication and everyone was very supportive and encouraging. Our choices were respected and we were treated well. Everyone was kind, helpful, attentive, and communicative with us. I felt very safe, cared about, and comforted. The food is also pretty good for the most part (I particularly enjoy the spaghetti and their fruit options). There

Billing department is filled with incompetent workers. They will screw you over if you go on a payment plan and send the bill to collections

If you have a young child do not bring them to Covid clinic. I brought my daughter in to get a Covid test. She has anxiety with doctors and she was scared and threw a fit the nurse could not be bothered with us and we were kicked out.

I went to the ER with sever abdominal pain and was taken back within 2 minutes. Best and most efficient hospital I've ever been to. Very nice staff in the ER. I had DR. Peet and he was amazing! He was very kind and understanding when I declined narcotics for pain. They were so helpful

I try and not write negative reviews but when something is bad, like really bad, I like to let the world know that they need to run away. If you can drive an hour to Seattle, it would be worth it. Drive anywhere you can to avoid this circus.
We, okay my son, had an accident with a knife while camping near Cle Elum. It went deep into his finger. I placed a butterfly bandage to hold it together as we rushed to KVH ER for stitches. I was thinking, hey, let's just get them sutured for wound healing and than rush back to camp to enjoy some s'mores.
