History
Report
San Fernando High School was established in 1896. It is one of the oldest high schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District. SFHS was originally located on Fifth and Hager Streets in the City of San Fernando. In 1906, the school site was changed to the campus on North Brand Blvd., presently the site of San Fernando Middle School.
Law Academy

San Fernando High School Law Academy offers a dynamic and academically rigorous pathway designed for students with an interest in a legal, government, or public service career. The program offers courses that will prepare students for college and career success, as well as providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to become active and engaged citizens in their community.
Attendance Corner

Pupil Services and Attendance (PSA) Counselors work with students and their families to help improve attendance. PSA Counselors offer guidance to motivate students to attend school. In addition, they can provide community referrals to help support your child and family. Referrals may be made for counseling, transportation, housing/clothing needs and more.

Under the requirements of the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015, the Office of Parent and Community Services jointly developed a new LAUSD Title I Parent and Family Engagement Policy with the meaningful consultation of Title I parent and family members from each Local District over the last two years.
