Cyrus F. Loghmanee M.D. co-founded East Coast Advanced Plastic Surgery (ECAPS) with his longtime friend and colleague Dr. Dean Cerio M.D. in 2011. They have since grown to a team of four Plastic Surgeons at ECAPS with a common goal and passion for delivering unparalleled care to each individual patient.

She is board certified by NCCPA, with a background in general and surgical oncology, and now years of experience in Plastic Surgery with a passion for breast reconstruction and microsurgery.
