Let me start by saying, I've seldom had good experiences with doctors, so I'm a pretty harsh critic. However, since having my son, Redwood Pediatrics has completely changed my views! My son goes to see Shannon, and has been seeing her since he was born. She is FANTASTIC! She's very to the point, always answers my hundred million questions, and is very encouraging- which as a first time parent, has always been greatly appreciated. In addition, the nurses at this place are fantastic- they are always so friendly, welcoming, and kind- even throughout this pandemic (which honestly, cannot be as easy

Phone app says it closes at 9 pm. Went to the office on 11/19/19 at 6:40 pm and the office was closed. The office door says it closes at 7 pm. Now my child can not have medicine ready for school. Bad business practices. Do you what you say. IF your hours say you close at 7pm, stay until 7 pm.....

I truly appreciate Shelley at the front desk she went above and beyond to make a smooth transition for me after I had an absolutely horrible experience with Holyoke Pediatrics. Redwood Pediatrics is the best. As soon as I walked in I fell in with the place and so did my 8 year old. Cant wait for my son to be seen by Dr Kelley next month.

Hello I love Dr.Ruppel. He is very nice , funny and professional. However one day when Dr.Ruppel was not available we were seen by Dr.Kelly. I was about 3 years old at the time and I was told by my mother that he needed a urine sample and I was sobbing because I didn't like doctors. I was at Children s hospital in Boston a lot for a medical condition. Dr.Kelly said to my mom "she must have a learning disability because she isn't talking." Then he said if you can't pee you will have to get a blood test. So I peed. He then sent us to get a blood test even though he got the sample.

Absolutely love this place & the stafff ! Dr. Kelly as well as the other doctors are amazing & makes the child's doctor visit experience so comfortable . I would recommend this place to all parents .

Havent been there yet But about to switch over from springfield ped. .They came and visited My son went he was delivered at mercy and it's like love at first with them :) Knowing that them Docs cares about your child is a wonderful feeling and that's what I wanna have
