Action Fasteners and Supply is a family-owned business serving the Inland Northwest. In 1993, with a handful of nuts and bolts spread out on a piece of plywood supported by sawhorses, Action Fasteners was launched out of a garage in Spokane, WA. From those humble beginnings, the company has grown every year and now occupies a new 30,000 Sq Ft warehouse located in Spokane Valley with another branch in Vancouver, WA.
Today, the company boasts a wide selection of fasteners, abrasives, and cutting tools along with industrial and safety supplies, and the product lines continue to grow. The company prides itself on forging strong partnerships with customers and suppliers who share the same principles of integrity and community reinvestment.

Pascor manufactures industrial switches used in substations and transmission applications. We teamed up with them to help streamline the fastener component at their production facility. After assessing the company's usage and workflow, we honed in on a few core areas that could be improved upon. A key issue was inventory.
Kitting
Report
The irrigation division at Travis Pattern & Foundry manufactures equipment that supports the agricultural industry. In 2005 we partnered with them to manage the fastener components used in their product offerings. Quarterly we review Travis's production forecast, then place strategic buys to ensure there are no disruptions in their supply chain.
