We design and fabricate a custom line of machines, end trucks and material handling equipment, including but not limited to machine logic. We have a complete engineering department which includes drafting support from a CAD system.
We have CNC machine capacity for large production runs. Detailed miniscule tolerance work. As well we are capable of custom sawing of large steel or aluminum sections up to 54" x 80". Our onsite furnace of 6' x 10' x 17' capable of reaching temperatures up to 1800° Fahrenheit for annealing and stress relieving.

Our crane wheels and sheaves are machined from forged alloy steel and uniformly hardened through an induction heat process, ensuring high tensile strength with ductility and a surface that resists wear. Taper tread and protruding hub is available upon request. We will manufacture crane wheels and sheaves to custom specifications when requested.

3 kW Allen-Bradley motor drive with external heat sink (80% heat dissipation is outside the NEMA 4-grade enclosure). CNC control, via a 15 industrial touchscreen. The PC is "fanless" (runs cool / no fan needed) and has a solid state HD. Nothing mechanical on its die-cast aluminum chassis, for maxium ruggedness and reliability.
