Dr. Kevin Wells, OD, FAAO, Diplomate, American Board of Optometry, has been in practice for 14 years and was voted by his peers in 2006 as Young Optometrist of the Year for the State of Oklahoma. He and his staff are dedicated to improving and maintaining the quality of vision for their patients through state-of-the-art eye care services.

We are a participating provider for Medicare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, United Healthcare, and most other medical insurances and vision plans.

We are happy to service all your needs related to Lasik surgery, routine eye exams, designer prescription eyewear, and sunglasses, contact lens fittings, pre and post-operative cataract care as well as coordinating all your surgical cataract needs, pre and post-operative cosmetic eye procedures including blepharoplasty (lids) as well as coordinating all these surgical needs, management and treatment of eye disease including, but not limited to Glaucoma, Dry Eye, Cataract, Macular Degeneration, infections, Corneal Abrasions, Blepharitis, red itchy irritated eyes.

Wells Vision Centers is the premier eye care practice on the Emerald Coast. To meet the needs of each patient, our eye doctors offer a variety of eye care services. We offer state-of-the-art LASIK eye surgery, as well as providing comprehensive eye exams. Our office also has an optical shop for all of your contact lens and sunglass needs.

Natalie Pelly, O.D. earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama and her Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

While in Alabama, she rotated through the Veterans Affairs Clinic in Birmingham, Community Clinics, and also provided care for patients in various specialty clinics at the UAB School of Optometry such as Vision Therapy, Mild Traumatic Brain Injury, Ocular Disease, Speciality Contact Lenses, and Primary Care.She is excited to be back in South Walton where she enjoys spending time with her husband and Goldendoodle.

An eye exam to monitor the health of your eyes is what a physical is for your overall health. In fact an eye exam can also provide an early detection for some overall health issues including high cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes. Detection of any eye issues in it's early stages is the number one key for the proper treatment and recovery.
