As an owner of an investment property you want a company who will look after your best interests. Property Management By Gattett is committed to providing the highest possible service for you and your property. You will also receive at the end of each month a financial statement, copies of bills we paid on your behalf and of course your proceeds for the month.

Record keeping of property costs and income at tax time is very important to make sure you are filing properly.
Rent Options
Report
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is considered late if received after 11:59PM on the 5th of the month. Rent checks and electronic rent payments that are returned as NSF (Not Sufficient Funds) after 11:59PM on the 5th of the month are considered late and will be assessed a $25 NSF fee in addition to applicable late fees.
