Mercury Property Management Inc. was formed in 1989 after the hard work of Walton L. Hogan and Michael D. Murphy. The two partners had been friends and Real Estate associates for 15 years prior. With their knowledge and experience of investing and management, they chose to start a company that would best utilize their skills.

Then come into the office for an application or print off the application below (located at the very bottom of page).

Our available property listings naturally change as we rent properties and other properties become available. We will try to help you as additional properties become available. This will benefit you so that when you have found a property in which you are interested, your application is readily available for review and approval.

We obtain leases with prospective tenants after a thorough screening to insure your property is occupied by the best possible tenants. Upon tenant's application approval we require and obtain Security Deposits held in escrow. We collect rent from tenants and issue owner's a monthly statement of rent received, less disbursements as applicable.
