Kevin and Soraya have handled 2 home sales and one home purchase transaction for us in the past 10 months. In every transaction the Keaty Team was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional, and made the process as simple as possible for us. They have given us advice on how to prepare our 2 homes for sale, including providing references for a handyman. Kevin even watered our tomato plant when our home was vacant! We have known Kevin & Soraya for several years. When it came time to purchase our first home we contacted them and from that moment on our home buying process was as smooth as it could be. They got us Pre-Approved with a great loan, helped us find a property that we loved, wrote an offer and got it accepted. We closed escrow without any problems.
