Braunfels Place rocks! The staff is super welcoming, the community is clean, quite, and neighbors are respectful. All maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Fabian, our maintenance guy is so kind and thoughtful on top of being thorough and very knowledgeable about our property. We absolutely love living here!

We just had a pizza and drink party here yesterday and me and my family had a awesome time. The apartments payed so we all got free pizza and a few mixed drinks. Had a great time and definitely looking forward to the next party.
