Great peaceful community in the midst of a wonderful small town with easy access to old Gruene & all the dining one could want. Great maintenance & staff. Feels like you belong to a family during holidays.

Great place to live!!! Neighbors are great. Place is well maintained. Maint. guys are top notch. Ladies in the office are always nice. Cant ask for more.

I lived here for a year. Nice place. They take care of their renters. We only moved out because our family grew and I wanted a backyard for my kids to play in each day. Good place to live if you don't want to do yard maintenance.
