My daughter loves her Excel Aquatic swim lessons. We have been to 2 other places and my daughter did not receive the attention she gets at Excel. All of the instructors and kind and very helpful. Teaching and coaching swimming to kids and adults has been the foundation of Excel Aquatics since we began in 2012.
And today we still take special care to make sure our programs are a welcoming, comfortable and an inviting place for all swimmers. Excel Aquatics offers swim classes for children between the ages of 3-13 years at multiple sites throughout the Capital District in Albany and Schenectady, as well as adult programs for beginner swimmers and triathletes.

Adaptive Swim Lessons

Excel Aquatics will now be offering adaptive swim lessons for children with special needs. These lessons are specifically designed for children with cognitive or physical challenges, and will take place at select locations (Albany and Schenectady). Taught by teachers and competitive swimmers from the area who understand swimming, and have experience working with children with special needs.
Triathlon Swim Training

Excel Aquatics is excited to be back at the College of Saint Rose and Albany Academy again for a new session of triathlon swim training! Practices will be limited to a maximum of 3 swimmers per lane, and will contain a blend of both technical and intensity based training. Please read through our safety protocol prior to registering, as we want to ensure every swimmer is comfortable and fully understands the regulations set forth.
