Thabet Khalidi received his law degree in 1994 and established the Khalidi Law Firm in Tucson's historic Barrio. After living all throughout the United States, Lulu and her family settled in the Tucson area. Victoria was born and raised in Media, Pennsylvania, a rural area located southeast of Philadelphia.
