Utilizing a systemic or relational approach, I help clients at many stages of their lives and in their relationships who present with a wide range of issues. Rate & Insurance

Insurance can be a complicated topic, so I will do my best to explain it as succinctly as possible. At this time, I am on three insurance panels, so I "accept" or am "in network" for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Health Care (Optum). I am considered "out of network" for all others. Some insurance plans allow you to see out of network providers.
