Our Property Management clients love our fees and love the fact that we communicate and meet deadlines. We offer a flat monthly management fee of $79 per month. This is charged when a tenant is in place, or if we are prepping the unit for a new tenant. We offer simple flat rate pricing to help you get the most from your investment.
