First Coast School of Real Estate reserves the right to cancel Classes. If your payment method was a combination Credit Card, Check or Cash, your refund will be issued to you in the form of a check with in 5 to 7 business days from the cancellation date for the total amount paid for the course.

Students that wish to transfer their registration will have a class credit with First Coast School of Real Estate for one calendar year from the date payment was made.For any courses that includes [Textbook], all materials must be returned in brand-new and sale-able condition [No writing, Highlighting, or any other damage].

Rory has worked in commercial & Residential sales for over 16 years in both NE Florida and SW Florida. He has experience in new agent training, relocation services, and working with Buyers & Sellers.

Janna is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and has been a licensed realtor for over 25 years. Ray has a bachelor's degree in business management coupled with a master's degree in education. His analytic approach to real estate provides him with a fresh perspective in an ever-evolving business. Raymond also works with realtors, training and coaching them to become the best in the industry.

To begin a career in real estate, you must complete 63 classroom hours covering topics approved and required by FREC (Florida Real Estate Commission). This course includes a final test that must be passed. Then the appropriate application and fee is submitted with electronic fingerprints to Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).
