Services
Chronic Pain Management
Our chronic pain management service addresses conditions like back pain, neuropathy, and arthritis through personalized treatment plans. We combine medication management, behavioral health counseling, and interventional procedures to target pain at its source. Patients receive ongoing support from a multidisciplinary team focused on improving mobility and quality of life.
Epidural Steroid Injections
Epidural steroid injections deliver targeted anti-inflammatory medication to reduce nerve irritation and spinal pain. This procedure offers rapid relief for conditions like herniated discs and spinal stenosis. Our board-certified physicians use advanced imaging techniques to ensure precise delivery of medication for maximum effectiveness.
Spinal Cord Stimulation
Spinal cord stimulation uses implanted devices to interrupt pain signals before they reach the brain. This advanced therapy treats chronic back and limb pain resistant to other treatments. Our specialists program personalized stimulation settings to optimize pain relief while minimizing discomfort.
Medication Management
Our medication management service optimizes pharmaceutical treatments for chronic pain conditions. Physicians monitor drug interactions, dosages, and side effects to ensure safe, effective pain control. This service integrates with other therapies to provide comprehensive symptom management tailored to individual patient needs.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy programs restore mobility and strengthen muscles to alleviate chronic pain. Customized exercise regimens target specific conditions like post-surgical recovery or joint degeneration. Our therapists work closely with pain specialists to coordinate care and maximize functional improvement for long-term pain relief.

Ordered standard migraine med. Did not see that primary told Nura to refill pain medication. It is the job of your PAIN clinic to do so and the doc never looked at the paperwork handed to him. Will never work w/ Nura again.

1st appt experience: 25 minute wait downstairs, sent upstairs to wait 10 minutes. 10 minute wait in the room. 7 minute non chalant doctor visit with a nerve block or epidural therapy as only option. No explanations and didn't care to get to the room of any pain. Dr and his assistance left leaving me there for another 10 minutes and no one returned. I eventually just walked out and will not ever walk back in. Not a good place or caring place to for care.
