Adult Preventative Healthcare Exam

An adult preventive health exam is an appointment that provides preventive services, counseling, education, and disease screening based on your age and gender. It is sometimes referred to as an annual exam, yearly checkup, or physical. Medication review (bring along all prescribed and over the counter medications/supplements).
Medicare Wellness

Once you are enrolled in Medicare, you are eligible to receive a Welcome to Medicare Wellness visit within the first 12 months. The goals of this visit are health promotion and screening. Inform the office when scheduling this appointment that this is your Welcome to Medicare visit to ensure proper billing.

Dermatology & Minor Surgery

Our clinicians are trained in the evaluation of skin lesions, preventive mole screening, and growths. Further, they can do skin biopsies and minor excisions to evaluate these problems. Your clinician will perform a thorough skin evaluation at the time of your regularly scheduled annual preventive health care examination.
