I went through many very difficult challenges in my life, and I realized that traumatic situation can be stored in your intellectual, emotional and physical body. My goal is to continue helping those by providing resources on all of these 3 fronts.
I overcame many of my devastating traumas from child abuse to health drastic issues. I wanted to show people of all walks of life, age, background or gender that they can always get back up and re-create their reality, staying true to themselves, living with passion, value with a loving relationship to themselves and others.
