Founded in 2010, Washington Youth Soccer's Regional Club League (RCL), is comprised of the top clubs in Western Washington and provides the highest-level league play and player development. The Washington Inland Soccer League (WISL) provides a player-centric league for U9 and U10 players from FC Spokane, Spokane Sounders Juniors, and Timbers/Thorns North.
The Elite Player Development (EPD) program, presented by TEKK, is an umbrella program combining all of our current development curriculums as well as additional opportunities from our soccer community. We holistically develop players who will have the technical and tactical skills combined with the creativity to compete at the highest levels.

FAQs
Report
Our earliest soccer programming starts at age 5. Sometimes it's possible to allow 4-year-olds to play, but it's often discouraged as they would be placed in the same team and league as 5 and 6-year-olds. While youth soccer doesn't last forever, one of the most appealing aspects of soccer is that it can be played by anyone at any age.
Community
Report
We have seen the power of soccer has to build character and unite communities - and every community deserves equitable access to every youth opportunity available. We believe a healthy future starts with a soccer ball. By creating equity in youth soccer, every child in Washington can develop to their full potential through soccer.
