Today was my second visit at this location. Adrienne P. And Lana M.A. were fantastic with me! Very nice and informative. Theyre very good at making you feel comfortable even in uncomfortable situations. They are especially good at making sure I know my payment options and appointment times, dates and locations (since the practice is growing). Thank you both so much!

LADIES, PLEASE AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS! I had a similar experience as most of the other negative reviewers. I saw a doctor for a routine annual exam and had a good experience with her. However, the billing department tacked on an extra charge for an assessment that was never disclosed to me beforehand. They quickly sent my account into collections. After months of trying to get in touch with someone from their billing department, I finally got in touch with the office manager who was incredibly rude. Essentially, she said the office has the right to charge for whatever they want without

Worst experience Ive ever had working in this facility. No lap top or IT to help when I first arrived. Also, no blood pressure cuffs or extra supplies the team could use- extremely bizarre and disorganized!

Gear up, this is a long one. If you are a worried pregnant woman, I hope you find comfort in this review. Ive always wanted to write a review about this practice, but its taken me a long time to not feel so emotional about my birth experience since having my son in May 2020. I mainly am writing this to shout out some amazing women at this practice who have truly touched my life. During my pregnancy I had terrible symptoms, mainly horrific, unrelenting migraines and towards the end, pre-eclampsia. I had to come here for my 3rd pregnancy after moving from NYC. There are several problems and bottom line they are just rude. For one, time appears meaningless: they post a sign saying your appointment is forfeit if you are minutes late but I have regularly been stuck waiting over an hour. Ive made appts with different doctors in the practice for different times of day but it is clearly just the culture here. (2) uncommunicative: they left me a voicemail reporting a problem observed on my ultrasound and then made me wait anxiously for a week for next appt to discuss: I had returned the call immediately

Stay away from this practice. I would not recommend them at all. I made an appointment via phone for my pregnancy and asked them if they send their patients to Bridgeport hospitals for delivery they said yes. When I came to the office the doctor did my Ultrasound and as we were done she tells me they will send me to St. Vincent for delivery. First red flag. 3 days later the office staff calls me saying my doctor recommend another ultrasound without further explanation that made me worried so asked them to have my doctor call me and explain they said she is not available for 3 days. Doctors at this office are amazing! However, the receptionists are what make this place a 3/5. They are almost what I consider incompetent. They have been less than helpful on multiple occasions between me and friends/family. For example, calling in a script takes a few minutes, and despite following their 48 hour policy, my script was still not filled by that Friday, which was needed for Sunday.
When I called, they told me I should've called earlier because they cannot do refills on the weekend. As a birth control provider, they should understand the importance of taking it on time.
