There's plenty to do and we are here to help. We like to begin by meeting in person with you to discuss your wants, needs, and price range.
There are more than fifty tasks, objectives, and deliverables involved in selling a home! Our team will manage ALL of those tasks allowing you to focus on your day-to-day obligations. We begin by connecting with you - ideally in person, and at your home. We consult with you about your needs: why you are moving; when you are aiming to close on the sale; what you are looking for in a real estate agent.

It is very important to our team to become better every day. We do that is through podcasts, books, and our faith. Over the past year, Travis listened to 75 books and many hours of podcasts and personal development trainings. His goal for this year, is to listen to 450 hours of personal development through books, podcasts, and trainings.

Working with Travis was a pleasure! Throughout the entire home-buying process he was very helpful. He gave us information about the homes, he gave detailed insights into what different homes needed and/or had to offer, he was knowledgeable about neighborhoods, and more. He made the process of looking at houses very easy.
After putting in our offer, he was diligent in keeping us informed about what we needed to do and making sure we were aware of all deadlines and updated us regularly (as needed). He was a great advocate for what needed to get done and did a good job coordinating on our behalf
