Sports and Chiropractic
Report
When it comes to being an athlete, age is just a number. After all, there are kids as young as three, four, and five that are joining T-ball leagues or learning to play soccer, and there are people in their 80s and 90s who are finding joy in sports such as golf, tennis, running, and more. Fortunately, chiropractic has something to offer all age groups when it comes to improved sports performance and injury treatment and prevention.
Ankle Sprains
Report
The American College of Sports Medicine reports that roughly 25,000 people in the United States sprain their ankle daily. Additionally, almost one-half of all sports-related injuries are ankle sprains, causing a large number of athletes to miss trainings and practices in the sports they love most.
