Left messages, never got call back. Stopped by office and lady at front desk was not helpful, just pointed to rack of brochures. Rates are outrageously expensive. We rent oceanview condo in Hawaii for less $$$

This is a repost of a previous review that appears to have been removed. The management was horrible to speak with in attempts to cover the most basic items such ad room availability, Any change or request was a Major inconvenience to them, which was the priority of course. Unless the mean little lady is gone it's best to stay away. Issues won't be resolved and you'll be treated like dirt rather than a guest if the past is indicative of the future.

I have stayed in a few different condos over the last two summers. Now I try to get the same one. Always a great time. You cannot beat the view! The TV stays off and we sit on the balconies and watch the lake. The units I have rented in all had nice furniture, are clean and have kitchens with all the pots and pans you need. We always save money eating in, and utilize the gas grills. Plenty of room for two couples. Never feel cramped or in each other's space. They have everything you need to get away on the water. The price you pay is for the view, not for the out dated condo's that you are in. Which are owned by others that have pets but you are not allowed to bring yours. Instead of a nice outdoor pool they have a tennis court that no one uses and it blocks the beautiful view of the bay with it's high chain link fence that is around it. I feel it's way over priced and I won't be back there with my family. For what I paid 3 nights for I could rent a new custom house for a week in town.

We have stayed here several times over the past few years and it has always been a great experience. Condos are clean and comfortable and the amenities are great. Staff has been very helpful for anything we needed. Had a family reunion with 6 condos reserved this fall and it was great. So nice to be able to cook in, have a washer dryer in the unit, and the views are outstanding! Highly recommend this.

A friend's family owns a condo here and we've stayed here twice. The location is good - it's close to "downtown" Sister Bay, but yet a little removed so there's not a ton of traffic going right by. The condo we stayed in has a balcony overlooking the water on and Labor Day we were able to watch the fireworks display from the balcony. Plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance, the beach is walking distance as well. There are some BBQ grills placed around the club for public use, which was nice. One bonuses of renting a condo vs a hotel is you can buy
