Always exceeds expectations. I had a piece of sumi-e style art and I needed custom size frame. The job was done faster than I expected, better than I expected, and the master showed knowlegable of ancient Japanese style, made a very good suggestion for the material, and then also did a few additional touches that fit the spirit of the artwork.
