I have a concern with privacy and the facility doesnt take in consideration the privacy of its clients. Blood work is done with other clients in the same room. I dont get call backs when I leave a voicemail. There have to be a better way! We as clients are important too!

The absolute WORST facility for mental health services.
Called about services, left a voicemail, and received a call back 2 weeks later. Set up an appointment and no one showed up for the virtual meeting. I called about 5 times during my appointment time and they were finally able to find someone to do my intake. I was assigned a therapist and scheduled an appointment for the next week. On the day of my appointment (2 hours before) she called and said she needed to reschedule. I told her I had no other available time during this week, so she said we could just keep the appointment. She never showed

It was an honest mistake coming here. The front desk receptionists demanded respect out of me the patient. nothing changes at this god aweful facility. I would rather go to specialty care, and probably will from now on. its impossible to schedule appointments here, and the front staff's demeanor are terrible. The drs and most nurses are decent, but first impressions make a difference. stop demanding respect from your patients.

This place provides a nice big bag of free condoms, the staff is so nice about it, I love this place for it. They give out like alot of different ones too. Its realy wonderful
