Founder and President Bill French began his company as a result of being in a difficult situation that many people have faced - feeling that his realtor simply wanted to sell a him house without considering what he was looking for. His job relocated him multiple times and he encountered this same problem again and again.

Bill French created Wm French Buyers Real Estate Services, Inc. to solve a problem that he personally faced. In his early corporate career, Bill was relocated time and again on behalf of his employers without any real guidance on the areas into which he moved his family.
Bill saw this as an area of opportunity in the real estate business: a comprehensive relocation service that focused solely on the buyers' interests with a relocation plan tailored specifically to their needs.As a result of his vision and personal experience, Bill established Wm French Buyer's Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1977- the first of its kind in the country.
