California Coffee Republic, "or CCR, " is owned and operated in Moorpark, California. Our mission is to deliver a unique, approachable specialty coffee experience that encourages customers to explore coffee and brewing methods that are often all too intimidating to entertain in the current trend of roasters and cafes.
We aim to deliver this experience through the lens of innovation and exploration that California is known for, through the coffees we roast in small batches each day, and through the community we serve. CCR was founded in 2017 by Will and Jennifer Sayre who share an incredible love for coffee. Will began roasting coffees for friends and family in 2007 and over the years his hobby, expanded - sharing with more and more friends.
