Just moved to the state and needed new car insurance. Did an online auto quote to see my options to switch away from Geico and got a response quickly. I called them about a week later to move forward with everything and they went through the whole process line by line and got me everything I needed within minutes. They told me other insuring choices I could consider, but did not pressure me into anything and just let it all happen naturally. Talked specifically with Kelli Hosler - was a very good and easy experience! Super excited to be back to that State Farm customer service. Thank you!
