I called this company for an estimate to re-tile my shower. Here I am a month later and I've been completed ghosted. I have followed up twice to inquire about status and have received no response. I am thoroughly disappointed as I chose this company for their high level reviews. This was a major let down of an experience and I will certainly shop my business elsewhere.

I reached out to Ambrose as a second choice but after speaking to Jim he very quickly became my first! Jim was very quick to respond and was extremely professional during the estimate. They were not the least expensive option but they were the best option. Well worth the very reasonable cost! Extra kudos for coming out and doing the work in the middle of a snowstorm. These guys are champs. The work was done quickly and looks amazing. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs flooring done.

Absolutely wonderful to work with!! Very responsive to calls and text messages and values the customers input and opinions. Clean work, fast install & friendly service! They WILL be on my call list when I need more work done. Great prices and up front honesty! No job is too small or too large for them!

We wanted to add some vinyl flooring to our partially finished basement. We got quotes from a couple big box stores as well as Ambrose Tile & Carpet. Ambrose's price was extremely fair and they had a higher quality water proof vinyl product. We liked that we could choose our color/style at the showroom in Antioch and weren't overwhelmed with choices. We chose Ambrose Tile & Carpet and we are very happy we did. Jim, the owner, was extremely helpful and his installers did a great job. We are also happy we chose to go with a locally owned business, especially during this pandemic

I have only positive things to say about Jim and his crew. They just installed a hardwood floor in my office and over 100 sq yds of carpet on our second floor and stairs. From selecting the carpet and wood, to scheduling, to installation...everything went smoothly. I appreciate that Jim really took time to educate me about options when I was selecting materials. We will be having other wood flooring in our home refinished soon, and I am happy to know he will take good care of us!

Highly recommended - I would absolutely purchase from Ambrose again! Jim was extremely prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful in our flooring and carpet selection. His insightful, professional feedback guided us toward best options for our needs (a welcome change from a high pressure sales pitch). We are so pleased with how quickly he could fit us into the schedule, and the careful, professional installation by his crew, and the quality of the carpet- we love it and asked ourselves "Why did we wait this long to do this?"!

Ambrose Tile and Carpet came highly recommended to me, and for good reason. Jim was very knowledgeable and professional with the products and ideas for my space. I had him install hardwood, carpet, back splash, and tile. The results exceeded my expectations as well as the prompt and courteous service. I would definitely recommend Ambrose Tile and Carpet to anyone in need of this service!
