Very happy working with Keith. Seems to really take the time to understand what I wanted then explained different options & valuable insights about how to get there. Excellent sales experience - great service- would not expect to need flooring ever again but if I did I would get it here.

Horrible. Was an hour late for our estimate and his quote for what we needed was outrageous. Politely declined and never heard back! We fixed our floor ourselves and saved a hefty amount of moolah. Never going back here!

Exceptional experience buying our hardwood flooring. Patrick spent time making sure he understood our needs which lead to finding the perfect floor. After numerous sales attempts at other locations and lack of assistance it was a blessing to find Murphy's. We came close but never felt as comfortable as we did once we got here. Its a comfort you can't explain and a trust when you arrive. When you spend that amount of cash it's much more, great job Murphy s !

Wow! A company that knows the value of good service and good work at a fair price! I am exceptionally happy with my experience working with Keith and crew! My new carpet is installed, on time and very well done. The installers were polite, friendly, helpful and knew what they were doing. I have had experience with three other flooring suppliers in this area recnetly, tyring to get this job done, all ending badly. They could all take a lesson in customer service and respect from Murphy's! I would recommend Murphy's to anyone wanting good quality product sold by helpful and service
