Sourcing as much as we can from Oregon and the Pacific Northwest our menu's are a constant rotation of what is in season and the mood and whim of the chef. Our fish is whatever we can get fresh. Game meats make a constant rotation on our menu. We take no shortcuts and take the long way to source quality sustainable products the chef believes in supporting.

All produce is organic. We saute all our food in organic olive oil. We use non-gmo safflower oil in our fryer. Our dairy is single farm. Bean to Bar chocolate. Oregon raised soy free and corn free eggs. Zach's Bistro is a neighborhood bistro located in Nye Beach where we are more than just a place to go for special occasions; we are also the perfect place to grab a beer or glass of wine after work or on any occasion.
