By far the best management ever! Ms. Keely definitely goes above & beyond to make everything smooth & easy for you. Shes AWESOME! Been here for several months & I dont have one complaint. So if youre looking for a place to live, I recommend this place for sure! My family and I love it here!

Moved in about 3 months ago! Keely made my move in so smooth! After moving back from Austin coming back to corpus wasnt my ideal situation but I couldnt be more happy of where I chose to call home. Keely goes over and beyond for her tenants!!! For the price and the area you cant go wrong here.

These apartments are the worst place I have ever lived!!! The office staff are never here. When you have a maintenance issue no one comes. Every apartment is infested with roaches and rats. The staff congregates on the back patio of the office and chain smoke cigarettes all day so when you do laundry you have to walk through a grey cloud of smoke to get there, I cant tell if its an apartment office or a day care half the time there are usually more children in the office than adults the manager guy Eric is condescending and talks down to you while the big girl just tells you what you want

These apartments are great located in a great area no problems great neighbors and facility the office is wonderful they listen to your every need and help get things done
