Ive never had a more unreliable front desk. I had a Covid test booked at 6:30 PM I came at 6:25 PM I was told the doctor would be one hour late so I showed up in 45 minutes after that to find out the doctor has already came and left now Im sitting here waiting for over one hour for the doctor to come back for us . Not to mention the front desk pretended they had no recollection. Man of the name Gregory, front desk

We love it here. Overall quiet, not too crowded, can't beat the views (2nd floor and above).
Edit: 4 stars because this time (214) the water barely reached lukewarm and that's it. Otherwise the stay was perfect. Did not have this problem in 107.

My family and I were in 211. The pools, beach access, and condo were all awesome. Our only 2 complaints are no hot water on the shower and when it rained it, it leaked a bit. Other than that, we had an amazing time! We will definitely be back in the future!

Beautiful place. Great view from unit 215. We went there to celebrate our daughters wedding. Everyone was nice and helpful, especially the manager. The only thing I dont like it that is not pet friendly and they dont have anything for recycling..

My husband and I brought my parents along for a little family vacation. They stayed in 106, which was beautiful and updated. I wish there was a way to exit the patio doors and lock them from the outside - so they could go straight to the pool. I stayed in 207, again, it was updated and lovely. Being on the 2nd floor, I had great views of the ocean and pools. Sure, the resort is a little "old-school", but that's what I like about it! The boardwalk to the beach is also convenient!

There is no swim up bar. The room we had was owner by a rental/ property company named Gilbert Galan. We checked in around 4 as we were told to do. Had to call him to get the combination. Then the room hadn't been cleaned from the previous renters. He didn't seem to upset. As there was no other places available, we had to start cleaning until his housekeeper's brother his girl friend and their baby arrived to finally clean.
