Math Genie was founded in 2008 by Mohit S. Jain and his wife, Naina. Mohit, who was born in Bhopal, India, was a poor student who was never engaged in his studies. Still, he attended college but graduated at the bottom of his class. When he came to the United States, he realized that all the high-paying jobs were in technology, but he didn't have an engineering degree or a background in computer science.
Each Math Genie child will receive an evaluation that will tell our experts about the child's strengths and learning needs. Our expert teachers will assess the child based on how they learn best. Because each child is unique in their Learning Style/Strategy, one of the most crucial elements of our assessment is to determine each child's individual modality of learning.

The Junior program has children adding and subtracting numbers right from the beginning. The program gradually progresses and provides children with enough time to work through the concepts. This program is generally suitable for kids ages 5-7. Students jump right into adding and subtracting double digits with our Senior program.

Our Abacus Math program combines the ancient abacus and the latest research on child psychology. Pre-K to K students learn to visualize the Abacus and Mental Math. It trains their brains to reach its fullest potential. According to neuroscientists, the first six years of your child are a time of tremendous growth and change in their brain.
