Hearthstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 101-bed non-profit skilled nursing facility that has been providing quality care to the residents of Allegany County, and surrounding communities, since 1969. Located at 901 Seton Drive in Cumberland, Maryland, the facility is conveniently located and easily accessible by public transportation.
We focus on short-term rehabilitation in order to send our residents home, providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy interventions seven days a week. Our trained professional staff provide 24 hour skilled nursing services, including peritoneal dialysis, IV therapy and pain management. Additionally, we provide transportation to chemo-dialysis appointments.

In addition to the numerous nursing services that Hearthstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides for our residents, trained therapists from Foundation Rehabilitation also provide rehabilitation services. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Restorative Therapy programs are available to residents seven days a week, and are individualized to meet each resident's needs.
