Rob Boyle, Master's in Physical Therapy, and Bill Freas, CCC-SLP/AUD, established Rehab 1st in 2001 to continue a long history of service to the residents of Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Rehab 1st is a comprehensive rehabilitation center with convenient locations in Downtown Cumberland and on Main Street in Frostburg.

Have you been wondering if therapy is right for you? To put it simply - therapy is for anyone suffering from pain or limitations in their function. Maybe your lower back hurts. Or the bottom of your feet always seems to bother you. Almost all injuries, no matter the cause - household, recreational, overuse - can be addressed through a therapy program.

You may schedule an appointment by calling one of our offices directly, or your family physician can schedule an appointment for you. Patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes early for their first appointment to complete necessary paperwork.
