The staff here from the manager to maintenance people… they are amazing! They’re always willing to help when needed and they try to solve and get problems resolved ASAP. Super fast and efficient! Quiet neighborhood which I love! Neighbors are friendly, the best part I love is being able to have my own washer & dryer ☺️☺️

The manager Waheed is awesome! I read a lot of bad reviews but my experience has been different, which is obviously because of the change of manager. The current manager is awesome, always ready to help promptly. The apartment complex is gated which is a good thing in terms of security. Very quiet! I also like having my own washer and dryer in my apartment. Maintenance team is quick, and very helpful. A wonderful place to call home!

Went to tour this community. Management here was AMAZING. I have read some reviews and was skeptical but I can assure that, those reviews are highly unreliable because the experience that I had was unlike no other Waheed is the on-site manager he assisted me in finding the perfect two bedroom apartment at a GREAT PRICE. Washer and dryer In the unit! I can't wait to call this new place home! Thank you Waheed can't wait to hear back about upcoming availability so I can call this place home!

Just nasty this is what the community standards are apparently not saying the area is the best but when I moved in 2 years ago it was at least decent management always bs when it comes to things currently no one is managing the apartments now got a bunch of ppl moving in out of no where this place jade became uncomfortable and disgusting disrespectful place to live

This place used to be okay - not good but not so bad you never leave home without fear of being broken into, etc. However, once the new manager moved in all the decent tenants were run out and being desperate, the landlord accepted any and everyone. My family watched in horror as the drug houses in the condos across the street began to move with uhauls to oak ridge. Fights and car break ins. Someone hit my car while in it's stall and the manager said it wasn't his problem.

Very beautiful apartment and the manager mark is very kind and patient. Worked with me on my application. Beautiful apartment with all new appliances and plenty of space . Grounds are kept very clean and complex is very quiet ( but not creepy quiet) . So far I love this place . Dog park is cute and parking is nice . And very close to everything.

I've only been here a few months. Its under a new manager now who hasn't bothered to introduce himself to the community. Not friendly at all. Really doesn't seem to care about what goes on after hours. Cars going extremely fast through gate, loud music banging. Broken lights, garbage all over. This place is falling downhill fast and I mean FAST. I won't be signing another lease. This apartment complex is getting GHETTO

I decided to go to bed early last night because I was feeling incredibly tired, and didn't want to be too tired for work the next day.
I woke up at midnight to rap music being blasted from a car. This wasn't a car driving by -- they parked, and the driver and passengers got out and started dancing and screaming. It was actually the loudest I have ever heard music from a car before, and I have no doubt it woke everyone in the apartment complex. This went on for about 10-15 minutes. Security was called, of course, but security never gets there in time. This isn't the first time

My husband and I lived in Oak Ridge Apartments from October 2010 to April 2017. The community is kept clean and landscaped, and the front office was always quick to respond to any maintenance or repair calls.
Alas, the last few years the price increases forced us to move out. The complex doesn't hesitate to raise prices drastically at the end of a lease (around $150/month each year the last few years), so get the longest lease possible.

Good apt. Definitely the safest in a good radius, and very close to the community college ARC. Be sure to take extensive pictures before you move in, I was charged near $2000 upon move out ( years of residency) and was blamed for many things I didn't do. Outside of this, great apartments. Just be wary.

I moved to Oak Ridge Apartments About a Year ago and i didnt apology any a moment! Good staff and tenants, and what i really like is that how friendly people here. Yes, ofcourse you couldn`t be saved from some kind of noise at night, but it`s not a point to rate this apartments less. Basicly, conditions is fine, rent is reasonable! Nice place!

We've lived here for a few months and I must say it has been awesome. The staff got us into our apartment early and was very accommodating. The neighbors are quite and nice. The property is maintained very well, the amenities are up kept nicely, and the parking is ample. Great place to live despite the surrounding area.

This complex is the most family friendly and comfortable apartments to live in, in the area. I've lived here for 2 in a half years and it was worth it. Jennifer is an amazing Community Director she is so outgoing and super easy to talk to about situations and will always work with you. She also has fun events for your kids and family throughout the year. Marcus the maintenance guy he is really informative and a has a lot of knowledge about the homes and appliances.

We have lived here for a year and a half now, and we have loved it. We have a cozy 2 bed 1 bath with a washer and dryer in the unit, which is fantastic for the price. Since we have moved in, we have NEVER heard loud music or anything like that, which is pretty unheard of for apartment living. The management is quick at getting back to you and fixing things when needed. They host a ton of community events for people living in the complex. Jennifer is great and always there to help with whatever you need.

Marco and Jennifer are very nice and work hard to keep the community family friendly. They're always doing fun things for the kids like renting a video game truck to play games or having ice cream night. It's social events like this that bring the a small community together and I'm happy to be a part of it. My kids love living here!
