Jessica Brown, grew up with a flavorful palette deeply rooted in Latin Caribbean cuisine. Her culinary skills come from her diverse Central American and Caribbean family culture spanning four countries; Panama, Costa Rica, Cuba, and Jamaica. Jessica's creativity, keen attention to detail, and organizational skills are accredited to her education and extensive fashion career.

Enjoy a fusion of Caribbean tea time delectable; ginger lemon scones, jerk chicken salad sandwiches, Caribbean style egg salad, almond berry pound cakes, lemony tropical tarts and much more. Our tea menu item are homemade from scratch with fresh whole ingredients such as butter, sugar, and eggs and can be modified based on your preference to ensure a deliscious variety for you and your guest.

Tropical flavor captured in a savory bite size cod fish fritter bursting with El caribe Azul special blends of spices and garden veggies. A la carte orders require at least 72 hour advance notice and can be picked up for added savings. A medium half pan, generally serves 16-20 guest and a large full pan serves up to 40 guest.
