With an extensive background in food management, customer service and culinary expertise, we intend to become your "Concierge of Catering." Leo Forget, co-owner of La Famiglia Catering, graduated from Johnson and Wales Culinary School in 1980. Post-completion, Leo continued to study fine dining, as he explored culinary and management positions with Italian, French, Swiss-German and Asian Cuisine.
