Mike was quick to call me back after I inquired through their website. We discussed what we wanted cleaned, he gave me a quote & was here 2 days later! Super friendly, great w/ our pups, knowledgeable & quick! Mike cleaned our sectional couch which we’ve had for over 11 years…it looks amazing! Carpets look and feel fresh & new as well. Will definitely highly recommend Connoisseur carpet & will have him back again!

Mike came to our house to clean a horrible stain in our carpet that was in a conspicuous place. He worked on it VERY hard and it is completely gone. He also cleaned our overstuffed chairs (3) and our sectional couch. The couch chaise was so worn and dark I thought I would need to get a new couch. It is about 9 years old and now looks brand new. He was also extremely professional, helpful and kind. Top notch. We plan to have him back for carpets and tile/grout. Thank you, sj

Positive:Quality
My carpet is several years old and was long overdue for cleaning. Spots, stains and spills from kids and pets were everywhere. After a very thorough cleaning they look almost new. I wish I had taken before and after pictures as the difference is dramatic. I couldnt be happier with the results and highly recommend Connoisseur.
