Ive had bad experiences with CPAP suppliers. They sent me the wrong mask. I called several times and left messages and they never called me back. They said that they would send someone to check my oxygen concentrator and bring the right mask but they still havent come. When you call them I leave messages and they never call back.

I called to verify if my grandmothers portable oxygen was going to be delivered sometime throughout the week, and the lady who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional. She could not give me an estimated time of arrival and abruptly hung up on me, was absolutely unhelpful. Unfortunately did not get her name, but would suggest that the company starts teaching their employees some sort of mannerism or professionalism. Unacceptable for a company that is providing a source of aid for individuals.

I need to give my experience with respiratory technician, Franklin a 5-star. I am a nurse and his knowledge and caring nature is outstanding. He is patient and answers all your questions. He definitely makes sure you leave satisfied. Franklin gives great customer service.... you will be pleased.

Dislike how my call to the cpap supply clerk always goes to voicemail. The voicemail message says they will respond in 48 hours. However, once started on my supplies service is good. I like how they ship everything to me.
