
Right now we have multiple time options for each group, and you can mix up when you come any week and any day! One week come Mon and Wed at 6pm, the next week come Tues and Thur at 7pm, whatever works for you at anytime! WHAT OTHER SPORT GIVES YOU THESE OPTIONS?! Stroke instruction is #1! And please wear a mask when inside the building until you get in the pool! Practices are offered Mon-Fri's from 5:30-7am. Most people come 1-2 days a week but you can come as much or as little as you want! The coach is there as early as 5:30am, but people show up anywhere btwn 5:30-6am, and the coach doesn't actually start the workout til 6am!
