Showed up early, they were ready. All paperwork was ready. Each document filled out, and explanations as I was presented them. All with good humor and relaxed atmosphere. Second time I have worked with them. If the need arises, I will be happy to do so again.

Yikes! Vanya made this a nightmare. I gave it two stars because the other people here were super nice. My realtor recommended Vanya and when I called her to talk about getting ANY sort of first time buyer incentives, she said there weren't any available for me. She acted like she couldn't be bothered whenever I called. When everyone else in the process said yes, she said no. I have amazing credit, but I was so unsure as to if the closing date would even happen (because Vanya kept saying that it wouldn't), I was only able to give my property management company a few weeks notice, costing me a lot
