Report
Upon entering Mary's office, I am always warmly greeted and feel comfortable in her cozy and light filled room. Mary has a kind and grounded presence and an excellent ability to hold space for big emotions in the room. I love the approach she takes in calling one back to one's body to locate where an emotion or feeling is held, which I find extremely helpful in the process of releasing it.
Her compassion paired with her wonderful sense of humor brings a lovely balance and lightness into her work. Mary is an excellent listener and provides clear and succinct reflection during our sessions
