Services
Individual Therapy
Our individual therapy sessions provide a safe space to explore emotional challenges, trauma, and personal growth. Using integrative techniques like EMDR and somatic therapy, we help clients break harmful patterns, build resilience, and achieve lasting self-awareness. Clients learn practical tools to improve decision-making, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall well-being through a structured, compassionate approach.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening emotional bonds. As a Certified Level II PACT Therapist, we address destructive interaction patterns rooted in past experiences while teaching concrete tools for fostering trust, empathy, and secure attachment in relationships through structured, evidence-based interventions.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy effectively treats trauma, PTSD, and related issues by reprocessing distressing memories through guided eye movements. This evidence-based approach helps clients reduce intrusive thoughts, nightmares, and negative self-beliefs while promoting emotional regulation and long-term healing through targeted neurological reprocessing techniques.
Somatic Psychotherapy
Somatic psychotherapy integrates mind-body awareness to release trapped emotions and physical tension. By addressing the connection between bodily sensations and emotional states, clients develop greater self-awareness, break chronic stress patterns, and restore natural energy flow for improved emotional and physical well-being through holistic, experiential techniques.
Pre-Marital Counseling
Pre-marital counseling prepares couples for marriage by exploring communication styles, conflict resolution strategies, and shared values. We help partners build foundational skills for maintaining intimacy, navigating life transitions, and creating a resilient partnership through structured exercises and in-depth discussions about relationship expectations.

She helped change my life. If it wasn't for her loving heart and gentle guidance I don't know where I'd be. She helped me heal some wounds I had been carrying for most of my life. Ultimately I am a happy person in the world because of her. She is very skilled at her craft and I'm so grateful my friend recommended her.

The person that left me one star is someone I have never met nor does she even seem to be talking about me but google refuses to fix the issue

I was hesitant about trying therapy again but it was not at all what I expected this time. Tracy has helped me so much and I really appreciate her style therapy. She is amazing and seems to have a real gift for what she does. She has such wisdom and always knows exactly what I need to hear. I have tried a few therapists in the past and it was quite different then my experience with Tracy. Consider yourself lucky if you ever get the chance to work with her.
