Julie Cole, MS, RDN, LDN, CEDRD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who offers practical and sensible nutrition advice. Her passion as a trained chef and food healer is utilizing her clinical and culinary experience to improve people's self-esteem and relationship with food. Julie is committed to delivering health education through an evidence-informed, weight-neutral, social justice lens while promoting positive and inclusive messages.

Counseling sessions focus on working together to come up with strategies for change that are achievable and comfortable for you. Depending on where you on in your journey we may start with a meal plan and food journaling, neither of these are requirements. We will utilize the best tools for you! Mindfulness and awareness are our goals.

No, at this time we don't currently accept insurance, but we are able to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Intuitive eating is an approach to nutrition and wellness that focuses on mindfulness, listening to the body and creating a healthy relationship with food.
