I had a great experience with Rich. But the service left scars on my neck and chest. Plus it did nothing that the laser and micro needling was claimed to do. Waste of thousands of dollars. Please research the lasers.

Let me start by saying this was the best experience Ive had with fillers. The last time I had my lips done I instantly bruised, I was bruised for 2 weeks and the procedure hurt so badly I almost I didnt want to do it again. NOT THE CASE with Rich. I received my first ever Botox treatment and had my lips done as well. No bruising. The Botox was completely painless. My lips look amazing and not overdone. He was kind, funny, and put me at ease. I will be back!

I just love this place! I would go more but I dont want to start looking like a Real Housewife! Ill admit, at first when he answered his own phone I was a bit put off and almost didnt go! Silly me! Hes just a small business owner with an incredible personal touch. I had services right before he went on vacay to Hawaii and he was still texting me to check in. Never had that level of service before after standard procedures. Thats not typical. He also doesnt try to oversell you. I thought I needed to do some filler around my eyes and he quickly corrected me and said no honey

Rich and his staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The office is conveniently located and clean. Rich discussed options and came up with a plan. I spent years embarrassed by the veins on my legs and now feel comfortable wearing shorts. Rich also removed age spots on my back and gave me my confidence back. Highly recommend.
